Quotes and orders
Prices shown on this website are starting prices. Each enquiry is quoted individually based on the design, personalisation and quantity requested. An order is confirmed once the design and price have been agreed.
Made-to-order items
All items are handmade to order. As products are personalised, they cannot usually be returned or exchanged unless faulty. Handmade finishes such as glitter may vary slightly from the examples shown.
Customer-supplied artwork
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any photographs, logos or artwork they submit. SHANNON'S SPARKLY BITS & PIECES LTD does not produce official or licensed third-party branded merchandise and may decline any request that appears to infringe another party's rights.
Proofs and approval
Where a proof is provided, production begins after your approval. Please check spelling, names and dates carefully, as items are produced exactly as approved.
Timescales
Estimated completion dates are confirmed with your quote. Please let us know your date required as early as possible for occasions and celebrations.
